How do I close/block my account?

You can close your account at any time under “Account Profile” ◊ “Profile Management ◊ “Close Account” or request that your account be closed by sending an e-mail to our Customer Service department.

You can request the payment of any money still available in your account.

The customer's personal information is not deleted in the event of temporary account suspension or closure, but is retained until the expiration of the time period provided by Maltese law, in case it needs to be used for checks by the Gaming Authority of Malta.

  How do I access my player account?

If you have opened a player account, you can access it through the login field. You must enter your username and password in the special boxes, and confirm everything by clicking on the login button or with the “access” button. When you access your account you can choose from the different types of games and view your private section with your account profile and the section for deposits and withdrawals.
