You can close your account at any time under “Account Profile” ◊ “Profile Management ◊ “Close Account” or request that your account be closed by sending an e-mail to our Customer Service department.
You can request the payment of any money still available in your account.
The customer's personal information is not deleted in the event of temporary account suspension or closure, but is retained until the expiration of the time period provided by law, in case it needs to be used for checks by the Gaming Authority.
